Cardston commercial re-roofing

This case study outlines the successful completion of the re-roofing project at the South Country Inn located in Cardston, Alberta.

The scope of work included the complete removal and replacement of the existing roofing system, along with all required roofing components and substrate repairs necessary to ensure a long-lasting, high-performance installation. Due to the project’s location and exposure to high wind conditions, all shingles were individually hand-tabbed and installed using a six (6) nail application method to provide enhanced wind resistance and long-term durability.

Throughout the course of the project, all wet and rotten plywood decking identified during tear-off was removed and replaced to maintain the structural integrity of the roofing system.

Project coordination and site logistics were carefully managed by the Advanced Level Roofing team and included:

• Coordination of waste disposal and bin services
• Installation and maintenance of site fencing and safety controls
• Placement and management of trash chutes for efficient debris removal
• Coordination of portable toilets and worker facilities
• Material storage and on-site C-Can placement
• Daily site cleanup and project monitoring
