Livingston Multi Family #2

This report outlines the successful completion of the roofing installation portion of the Livingston Multi-family buildings 1-8 The project consisted of eight (8) multi-family buildings and included a large-scale exterior renovation scope involving roofing, metal work, windows, doors, garage doors, and vinyl siding upgrades throughout the complex.

While this report is specific to the roofing installation, Advanced Level Roofing is pleased to confirm the successful completion of the full project scope across all eight buildings, completed on schedule and within the approved project budget. The roofing scope included the complete installation of a high-quality architectural roofing system designed to provide long-term weather protection, durability, and performance. Roofing work completed included:

• Full roof underlayment installation across all roofing areas
• Installation of ice and water shield in valleys and other critical leak-prone areas for enhanced moisture protection
• Installation of architectural shingles using proper fastening patterns and manufacturer-approved installation methods
• Reinforcement and proper finishing of roof valleys with correct shingle layering and waterproofing practices
• Installation and integration of flashing systems at all roof transitions, penetrations, and critical details to ensure a complete weather-tight seal
• Installation of ridge cap shingles with proper overlap and fastening for long-term ridge protection and ventilation performance

Throughout the project, the Advanced Level Roofing team maintained daily coordination, site supervision, safety management, and quality control to ensure efficient execution and consistent
workmanship across all buildings within the development.
